What is a Portable Modular Office Container?

Office containers are structures made of galvanized metal skeleton, connected to each other with bolts in a weldless system, creating a healthy work area. The walls of the Office Container are covered with sandwich panels that provide high sound and heat insulation. The system is completed by using double-glazed windows and solidly insulated doors on the panels of the office container. Office containers can be easily moved from one place to another with the help of a forklift or crane, thanks to the hooks on them. The office container also includes electricity and, if included, plumbing. It is delivered to the customer ready for use.

How to Produce Office Containers?

The main frame of office containers consists of galvanized sheets.

Main Frame of the Office Container: The upper and lower chassis of the office container are bent from C&U section galvanized sheets and connected to each other with galvanized screws. After the base chassis of the office container is prepared, a 14-16 mm thick fiber cement board is mounted on the bottom chassis and the floor coverings are completed by adhering 2 mm thick vinyl onto it.

Roof of the Office Container: The corner poles of the office container are mounted on the sub-chassis and the roof chassis is placed on top of it. Polyurethane-filled sandwich panels with high sound and heat insulation are mounted between the roof chassis of the office container.

Rainwater Drainage System of Office Container: There is a hidden stream system inside the roof chassis. Thanks to these hidden streams, rain and puddles coming to the roof of the office container are evacuated through the corner pillars of the office container with the hidden stream system.

Windows of the Office Container: Double-glazed PVC windows with dimensions of 970*1200 mm are used. It provides high sound and heat insulation thanks to its thick series PVC casing and 4-9-4 mm glass thickness.

Office Container Door: Foam that provides sound and heat insulation is used inside the outer sheet metal door, which generally measures 900*1960 mm. Its casing and wing coverings are made of galvanized sheet metal. 

Electrical Installation of the Office Container: Electrical cables laid on the surface are hidden by cable channels and feed the lighting and sockets. Among the fuses connected to the electrical installation, there are also power cutter fuses that are activated in case of emergency.

Plumbing and Sanitary Ware of the Office Container: Clean and waste water pipes are laid according to the project, and the system is completed by connecting to the WC-shower, sink and kitchen sink. The assembly of all sanitary ware materials, taps and batteries is completed, and after the tests are carried out, they are sent to the next stage, the painting part.

Painting of the Office Container: Finally, primer paint is applied to the belts of the office container according to the paint color determined according to the customer's request. After it dries, the belts and chassis of the container are painted with an electric paint machine in a closed and dry environment and takes its place in the factory to be shipped.

Office containers are generally preferred to be used as offices in construction sites, city centers, military camps, taxi stands and similar areas. While office containers can be used individually, larger office volumes can be obtained by combining them. Office containers can be used as single-storey, two-storey or three-storey (for 2- and 3-storey uses, the manufacturer must be informed before production and production must be made according to the required static load calculation).
The main structure of office containers is stainless galvanized steel. Since it is produced from a weldless system, problems such as rust and decay are not encountered.

The container can be easily lifted by a crane with the hook system on the offices or by forklifts thanks to its sturdy sub-chassis and placed on a truck.
